This atm is always down. You can call and talk to customer service and get no answers. This atm has been down for over a month. I recommend just going to Tompkins bank, it’s right next door and atm always works and customer service is amazing. Don’t put up with Wells Fargo anymore, they have no idea how to treat their customers.
