I do not like the Fact that I’m now required to make an Appointment to enter the Wells Fargo Bank for any type of Service or Bank Business. Else wise, I’m required to use the Drive In Bank to do any type of banking business. I’ve always been able to do any business inside any Well Fargo Bank in the past without any Appointments. But the Bank Lobby is now off limits and no longer customer friendly for Walk In Banking.
