Bank closing time is 12pm on Saturday I have arrived around 11.35am their was a huge line and I needed a bank letter. The staff took an extra effort to help me get a bank letter even after closing time. Thank you!
I was on the line for more than 15 minutes and the lady she offer me if I’m a do the deposit for someone else I can go out and on i have full of the deposit sleeve on after I finished I go talk to her that they finish filling out the deposit and asked her that she ignored me and she’s talking to the lady on the line for more than 10 minutes and she keep looking to me and I was ready waiting for her and I ask another guy if he can help me and he said that I have to go to the line again Bad customer service
