Ever since the branch closed in the center of town, I am stuck driving across town with a drive thru ATM that won't work with my full size van. Have to stop, get out and walk up to it. No other ATM at this location. I wonder why BOA has at least three branches in the City of Fairfax and we WF customers are stuck with one? Very inconvenient for me.

I was in the branch this afternoon and was assisted by a very friendly and professional teller by the name of Fatemeh. She helped me with all my questions and Fatemeh was very courteous.

I have wells Fargo through my job for our 401K, I tried to roll over the check twice now. I went in once and handed the check to some woman who was in charge of the 401 k plans. Nothing ever came of this visit and my money was never been deposited into my current 401K account. I had them issue another check and sent it straight to the bank, I asked a staff member if this was okay and after hearing that it was I had them send another check. Everytime i come in here the tellers are great and nice it's a pleasure to come in. But when it comes to trying to talk to one of the account assistants it takes for ever to get any help. Today they have 3 tellers and only one account assistant with three people waiting for help. Then the other workers here are just randomly out of the bank. I can never get in and out of here in a timely fashion.
