It makes it much easier to provide a negative review when I have escalated the situation further up the corporate levels and 23hours later I am still waiting on a call from a representative. Do you care about your retail or small business bankers? I have filed a complaint with the BBB aswell! Because hey I'm on vacation and now that you have held all of my available funds I have nothing much to do but sit on my couch and point out the inefficiencys of Wells fargo!
