On Friday, July 12th, I received customer service assistance from Jennifer Harris. First of all she was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. While providing great service with my business need Jennifer took the time to train me on a couple of services which will enhance my actions with my daily banking needs. It's good to see that Wells Fargo still has representatives who value customers. My experience was top shelf and will be remembered for the positive service I received.
Awful branch, under staffed, poor cash handling practices, lack of general professionalism.
