Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a financial institution and unfortunately because of one individual at the Mount Dora location and her lack of professionalism and empathy has left such a bad taste in my mouth that now I will be closing 3 accounts with Wells Fargo after I’ve had them for over 10+ years!
