I had money transferred to this Wells Fargo office monthly. Then I noticed that the money was not invested, sometimes for over 30 days following the ACH transfer. When I asked Mr. Foster why the process took so long, after about 5 seconds of silence, he told me he'd make a note to follow up with that each month after the ACH transfer was made. Really? Currently I am experiencing quite a few difficulties working with Wells Fargo. This is no good number to call without getting lost in a phone system or directly dialing a person. To me the financial company is not a very good company to have communications with. People will call you back but if you miss the call they will leave you a phone number to call back that they are not at. They have no direct dialing numbers.
