Horrible experience.I opened an acct. There really because I needed to cash a large check that was issued by them. Was told if I drove to the branch they'd cash it no problem. I drive hour to the branch and they couldn't cash it when I made sure on the phone there'd be no problem before I made the long drive through Houston traffic and I get about 10 miles to the gallon. Funds still on hold for no reason and after wasting all my gas and time for nothing I wrecked my car on the way home. They didn't care at all that they told... read more
