Phoned customer service to get a phone number changed so that I could pay the bill online. Girl took all info and hung up. Ten minutes later situation not resolved. Called back. Spoke to another girl that made me do all of the verification again, and situation is still not resolved. Asked to speak to a supervisor. Sat on hold waiting, I guess everyone is complaining.
