Website shows bank was open. It’s temporarily closed! Had to go way out of way to get back to a different branch. Wish I could have known beforehand.
I came in today and Melissa fixed my issue She was very professional and kind and showed Empathy towards my situation I would give her 10 stars but could only give 5
I don’t think they like helping their own customers with notary services, went in ask the teller she ask the manager who quickly replied then teller comes back and tells me the personal banker who can do it has a customer and will take awhile…didn’t offer to sign up to be called on next or anything.
