My husband goes to Wells , he likes the dental hygienist and dentist but we are not happy with the billing part. My husband did not authorize a dental plan to be taken out of our account automatically last year of $300 and he called and told them this and they reimbursed the money. Well and behold it was taken out again yesterday $300, my husband called again and and told them that money was to be put back in our account immediately but the lady said it would take 2 to 3 days. I am beyond mad about this !!
