We have been customers of Wells & Drew for more than a decade. We have run into some communication issues but it appears that they are being addressed much more efficiently after I was able to speak to the owner.

We have been customers of Wells & Drew for more than a decade. Since Robyn left, the customer service has been horrible. I have been trying to get someone to respond to my multiple emails and telephone calls about pending jobs with no luck. At this point, I see no option but to find another printing company.

Couldn't have asked for a better place of employment. Strong and reliable leadership. Good and professional constructive criticism. And the time and quality they put into their individual clients needs is simply excellent! Overall a great company to work for!

Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I contacted them on March 04th 2021 about getting a quote on bonding paper, I talked by phone and was told they would have someone to call. Well I got the call and told them what I needed. I was sent and email by a Blake Houser stating that I would have a quote by Monday which would be March 8th. I haven't heard not one word have called and sent a message no return. Your word is your BOND. Lesson learned.
