Do you want a home or project completed... then do not use David Wells. We have been working with Mr.Wells for the past few years on a home build and have nothing to show for it. As you can see from other reviews he has a history of not paying subs and from our experience talking with people it seems to be a common occurrence. Avoid at all cost
David never paid me for the work I done at one of his builds. He will not return my calls or texts.
Mr. Wells is a man of his word. I appreciate the assistance he provided with a recent construction issue we had to resolve. Thank you Mr. Wells!
