Tim did my house in Otis, Ma. The work is spectacular. This was a brutal winter and he got it done. Not only did he do the framing but he was always available to answer questions. He also spent time with the truss manufacturer to create storage on the second floor which now has my second floor heat ac system. About the trusses, he didn't order until the walls were poured and he remeasured. Good thing or they would have been off 4 inches. Survey mistake but it turned out no problem. Wells Custom Framers did such as excellent job replacing some of our old original windows, that we ended up having them replace EVERY one of our old original windows! Then we had Wells replace an entire wall with French Doors and windows, and recently they built us a new front porch and replaced our old wooden sidewalk steps! Simply THE BEST contractor around!
