Neighborhood is nice but the traffic is awful and dangerous getting in and out of the neighborhood! Every week day you have a 20-30 min line you have to wait in to leave for work. Line is most congested between 6:50am and 9am Monday through Friday. Traffic light has been in works supposedly for years and now the new timeframe is Feb 2025!
