Jesse Thao has been a pleasure to work with! I'm currently a property manager at a site where Jesse and his team are conducting construction and while neither of us report to each other we do need to communicate to ensure our new retail store has a streamline of movement. Jesse has ensured if any questions or concerns arise I can go directly to him and he's made working together very easy and without issue. I would recommend Wells Construction based on their knowledge, flexibility, and professionalism we've received.
The construction crew on site in Pleasanton, CA, has been disrespectful to residents at the Vintage Apartments. The crew has regularly violated Pleasanton noise ordinances, beginning work before 6 AM and sometimes working late into the evenings. In addition, despite a number of requests, the crew continues to unnecessarily keep the door open that faces the apartment units, creating a loud environment for those who live nearby.
