We had such an excellent experience working with Wells and Company. Prior to hiring Toby and his team I worked with a designer to help me create more of a flow in our 1930 Georgian Colonial home. The layout was challenging and we didn't want to gut the place. Toby listened and understood the type of space I was wanting to create. Wells and Company is our go-to contractor. We’ve hired for 2 home renovation projects and a post-storm garage repair. Couldn’t be happier with the results for all three! Toby's crew renovated our master bathroom which included removing a bath tub and adjacent enclosed shower and replacing them with a larger shower and linen closet. The job included planning, demolition, plumbing, electrical, framing and tile work. They removed the old tile floor and replaced it with electric radiant heating and upgraded floor tiles. Toby Wells is a contractor better then any I have met. Lots of GCs have the ability to knock down walls, put up boards ect….but very few have the conceptual understanding of the needs of a home like Toby does. We had many conversations regarding the flow of our new kitchen, where cabinets and appliances should be based on high and low traffic areas.
