We had such an excellent experience working with Wells and Company. Prior to hiring Toby and his team I worked with a designer to help me create more of a flow in our 1930 Georgian Colonial home. We have hired Toby and his team for three projects at our house, including a sunroom addition and a bathroom renovation. Toby is thoughtful in his approach to pricing and flexible in counseling us to stick within our budget while delivering an amazing result. Wells and Co Builders are your go to for upscale home remodeling, Toby and his crew can do it all. We have a specific period home built in the 1890’s. It was important that as we made updates, the period aesthetic was maintained as well as provide modern updates to electrical, heating, cooling systems, etc.. many people who visit our home frequently can’t tell the difference where Toby’s work begins and the original detail and character ends.
