I've had Toby and team do a couple projects in my condo, a major kitchen renovation that turned out gorgeous and some more minor repairs and updates as I prepared the unit for renting. The team were always great to work with, very communicative, and did excellent work. They've also been extremely considerate with various small things that needed repairs after-the-fact, often considering them under warranty and fixing free of charge. Wells and Co installed some windows and doors for us and did a great job. Even better, they did the work while we were away on vacation and we came home to perfectly installed windows and doors and the house and our property were exactly as they were when we left. Great quality of work and a great crew. Toby is top notch!
We had such an excellent experience working with Wells and Company. Prior to hiring Toby and his team I worked with a designer to help me create more of a flow in our 1930 Georgian Colonial home.
