Good (for the most part) company till you quit. Then figure on working 2 weeks for free. They made my friend PAYBACK the PTO time off that he used (year to date even tho he was with the company for something like 10 years). (That sounded ILLEGAL to me but he is to nice to get a lawyer). Also made him payback the schooling cert he had to get for a job. Even tho they never said anything about having to stay with the company for xx amount of time. (Nor did they put it in writing). Out of control drivers.
I worked at wells brothers through trillium as a temp. Very good company & my foreman Kyle was one of the best guys to be around with. Kyle is extremely skilled at what he does I see him becoming a superintendent soon.
Makes me feel appreciated!!
By far the best construction company nation wide. Great pay and all the overtime you need
