This home was perfect for our family vacation. We have stayed here twice now due to the location, responsiveness to the host, and the comfortability of the home. Plenty of space to not feel crammed. While the house is on the main road and may seem loud to others, my kids loved sitting on the front porch watching the cars drive by! We have been going to this house for 3 years and it never disappoints! The house is always clean and fresh. The location is perfect and walking distance to many restaurants, food trucks and the famous Congdons donuts! It's also very close to the beach. Our child loves playing on the enclosed porch, the open yard in the back and the newly renovated outside deck!

Honestly, this place was perfect for our trip. The house is so cute and has that classic Maine charm, but everything inside feels modern and updated. The kitchen is gorgeous and there was tons of space for everyone to spread out without feeling on top of each other. The backyard setup is awesome too—we loved hanging out by the fire pit and grilling on the patio at night. Also, you can’t beat the location. We had such a great family stay! We felt so welcomed right away since the house is so clean and well organized. It has plenty of space and a nice kitchen. The backyard was perfect for my kids to run around, and more importantly it’s just a short walk to the beach and some good restaurants. The host was super responsive too, which is also a plus to me. We made lots of happy memories and can’t wait to come back!
