Stay away! This shop is a prime reason why people do not trust auto repair shops. I can't prove it, but I've been in the industry my whole life, and the car mysteriously left with problems that it did not have when it went in. After looking at it myself it was clear to me that they created a problem to try and sell work. Do yourself a favor find an honest shop.
Stay away from this shop and people they are the biggest frauds they will try to charge u 800 dollars just to look at the car do not pay them take them to court if they try to get over on fraudulent charges this plays needs to be closed due to fraudulent activity and money hungry issues
Well's Automotive has been great each and ever time I have needed work done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them. I would say even my Mother, but she is the one that told me to go to them. The people are great and they will take the time to explain any issues and make sure you understand what needs to be done. I still approve of Wells. My son now takes his truck there, so three generations.
I had my Grand Caravan in for an ABS issue and rear A/C issue a few weeks back. The staff at Wells was quick to diagnose and fixed the issue without trying to charge for parts I didn't need. They even helped me out with the cost by saving me a couple hundred bucks off the original quote. It was very much appreciated. Update: Had my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe in for oil leaks and a brake issue. Wells worked with my warranty company and took care of the problems quickly and seamlessly at a fair price.
