Very poor response time when calling the Sebring office and being forced to leave a voicemail as they are always either on another call or with a client ! I don’t require a lot of attention as I don’t call the office often but when I do need my agent she is always unavailable and a return call is non existent! Saddens me as we pay our premiums on time !
