My Mum became a resident in January. She passed in April, so we didn't have a long stay. However, the medical services were very lacking. She payed to receive medication twice a day and could ask for comfort meds as needed. She was told she had to wait for them, she could not have Tylenol until they were ready to provide it. I had to ask for an itemized bill each month, it was never really itemized and I reminded them each time that I had not received it.
