When I took the tour there were so many lies. Horrible response time when you need anything. Salon is not full service. Half the time the van to take you to appointments doesn’t have a driver. They dump you off at the curb. They do not take you to your appointment. If you ask to be wheeled around it will cost you. I can go on and on. Currently looking for another facility.

My Mum became a resident in January. She passed in April, so we didn't have a long stay. However, the medical services were very lacking. She payed to receive medication twice a day and could ask for comfort meds as needed. She was told she had to wait for them, she could not have Tylenol until they were ready to provide it. I had to ask for an itemized bill each month, it was never really itemized and I reminded them each time that I had not received it. Luna is amazing. She is always so helpful and has a smile on her face. She brings so many wonderful qualities to a senior community and creates a warm, welcoming environment for everyone around her.

We’ve been to various retirement homes in the area to find the perfect fit for our loved ones and the business office team and front desk were so welcoming and made the process so easy for us. 5 stars!!
