One of the most corrupt companies I've ever dealt with. Charges $400 for a missed appointment, wants to charge an obscene amount of money to speak to a doctor about going on disability, and just updated their policy that will will not fill refill requests, you have to see your doctor, you can't just message them. Oh and all the good providers they have leave, likely because they aren't great to deal with on their side as well. They just want your money and don't care at all about your health/well being or sanity.
This company is extremely difficult to get in touch with — they always have a hold time of at least an hour over phone, & are very slow to respond to email. I have to follow up several times just to get a response back. They are also rather rude over email. The first clinician I had was also terrible, prescribed me 4 medications, none of which I needed & some of which have the potential for seriously dangerous side effects. Please beware with your money, especially if using Insurance-make sure they verify your benefits BEFORE 48 hours of your first appointment or they may try to charge you directly). My provider did not know what meds were/weren't a mood stabilizer and also prescribed me sleeping medication after I told her over and over that I have no problem sleeping. What is worst is that after years of mental health issues and hospitalizations, I was told I was just being negative.
Roxanne is a rockstar. She has always been so kind and caring, and has believed me when no one else did. She has worked hard to find the right combination of medicine to work for me and is a WONDERFUL listener. I feel safe going here. The office staff is SUPER helpful, especially since my pharmacy is decently inept and loses my script all the time. 10/10 recommend!
