AVOID-INSURANCE-SCAM This office will mislead you on what insurance covers, do not give them your credit or debit card for the “possible deposit”, even with insurance they will charge you $250-$500 PER VISIT with out any bill being sent prior to charging your card. ANY exchange in the portal results in another $250 charge. My insurance company has a fraud investigation open on this office. Seems they have been running this scam for a few years.
