Bev was very professional and good at her job. She knows if you try wnd mess around so don’t bother.
Had a very lovely experience. Was in and out in no time. Very professional and kind.
The staff continue to violate everyone's rights as well as their own standardized practices. Smelling urine is not a valid reason to suspect tampering and request a second sample & send it off for further examination. Its a civil law suit and had I known this last year (when I lost my employment opportunity) I would retained a lawyer.
Phone wait time to book an appointment is unacceptable. The wait music is constantly interrupted to mention that appointments can be booked online. When navigating to the website, it states "Book Online (Alberta Only)". Thanks!!!
