New owners mean they are nickle & dime-ing long term patients. Care sucks. I went in for a vaccine- they did not tell me that 50% of dogs react to it (lepto). So @ 2am with a sick dog, fortunately googled it (avoiding a ghastly emergency vet visit). I called Wellpet in the AM. I was told I would have to pay an OFFICE VISIT + MEDS for my dog.
