Last week, I have 2 outlets in my garage stopped working. Called them and they showed up on time. They went thru a test to determine the cause for the issue within the garage. Found the issue and it happened to be the wires did not get taped up correctly. The outlet is behind a mirror that the previous owner installed. So they removed the mirror and taped/corrected everything. Nothing additional was created or added on. Just tape/correct the wires. The team is helpful and friendly. The issue was fixed within 2 hours.
