Michael the PA was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took his time to answer any questions I had and was very thorough with them as well. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses in the back were very friendly and polite as well as professional. I would definitely recommend anyone going to this Oneonta NY location if they needed anything. Thank you all very much again! 🙏🏼

EDIT: Wellnow responded to my review so I emailed as instructed within an hour of their reply. Surprise surprise. It's been over a week and no response. (and in case you were wondering, still no response from my original email asking what the charge was from over 2 weeks ago). The NP was good and did a quick exam that confirmed the issue I was having with my wrist. I came here (5 hours from home) for a rapid Covid test on my way back from vacation. Upon arrival I was told the wait was 3 hours since I hadn't checked in online in advance. I was able to find a regular check in online (with no wait) but was unable to find a Covid specific online checkin, so that part might be able to be made more clear on the website.
