So easy to make an appointment. Staff was so friendly and courteous. Everything was explained in great detail, would highly recommend this facility!
My insurance would cover it and they still asked me to pay up front plus they did not diagnose the right disease . Shame
The place was very clean. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I was from out of town didn’t know where to go chose them and they met all my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting Cooperstown with my family when I developed a severe, persistent cough. It was the Fourth of July, and I expected I would spend hours in an urgent care waiting room. My family was understandably concerned, so I was able to easily schedule an online appointment, within the hour, at the WellNow Urgent Care.. I went alone so my family wouldn’t have to wait with me.
