Just went there with my one-year-old son that had an ear infection and fever as a walk-in at 4:30 on a Saturday. I was helped very promptly and the staff was patient and kind. We were in and out in less than half an hour and we're able to get antibiotics.
Very good treatment
I'm new to the area and unfortunately without a vehicle. I traveled to two other urgent care centers in the areas which were very rude and unprofessional. I suffer from PTSD and anxiety so that experience was very traumatic for me. My third location was WellNow and as soon as I entered the doors I was greeted with a smile. Providers are great here. The issue is the wait times to see a provider are INSANELY high. Waited in a room for 40 minutes before someone came and took vitals. Then waited another 10 minutes for the provider. This isn’t the first and I am sure not the last time I will have to wait. I know you are busy but this needs work!
