had an appointment for 10-14-25 at 10:30 called half a dozen times to cancel it but nobody will answer the phone and when they finally did answer the phone they put me on hold but then never answered. Very unprofessional people working here...do your self a favor and go somewhere else!
The front desk with the curly hair and glasses is terrible, she is very rude, she is not qualified to work with costumers, I have been a patient of Dr. Calcatti for over 15 years and I never had any bad situation with then , Dr calcatti, Nps and staff no one until now, if You have an appointment and they cancel you appointment and don't notify you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Save yourself the headache and the frustration. I’d give it -383828383 stars if I could. I left my precious provider due to her constant laziness and disregard for my health and her always being late to see me. So I had hope with this new office things would be different. I had a new patient appointment back in August was already a little put off as the office is run down and the exam rooms were dirty and missing the usual equipment you’d see in a doctors office exam room. Front desk lady is rude and doesn’t seem to care about patients or have pride in her work
I have been waiting almost 3 months for my prescription to be refilled. I’ve called and requested, I’ve done it online…CVS has also tried. I really need my medicine, I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m not the only one experiencing this a couple of my friends and neighbors that go to this office haven’t received refills in months.
