Unprofessional, they lie, if new patient that takes opioids, Adderall FORGET IT, they will focus on ways to get someone else to prescribe percent as they wanted me to a shrink, everyone's no don't as medication for pain ain't no psychological issue

I needed a new PCP and they were accepting new patients. The facilities and equipment are old and outdated. They took my weight on a bathroom scale. The walls are thin, you can hear any conversation that is happening in the exam rooms. And they have space heaters just to keep the place from freezing. At my last appointment, they called the day before to confirm, I got there the morning of, and the office was closed. The front desk with the curly hair and glasses is terrible, she is very rude, she is not qualified to work with costumers,( patients) I have been a patient of Dr. Calcatti for over 15 years and I never had any bad situation with them , Dr calcatti, Nps and staff no one until now, if You have an appointment and they cancel you appointment and don't notify you.
