I needed a new PCP and they were accepting new patients. The facilities and equipment are old and outdated. They took my weight on a bathroom scale. The walls are thin, you can hear any conversation that is happening in the exam rooms. And they have space heaters just to keep the place from freezing. At my last appointment, they called the day before to confirm, I got there the morning of, and the office was closed. The front desk with the curly hair and glasses is terrible, she is very rude, she is not qualified to work with costumers,( patients) I have been a patient of Dr. Calcatti for over 15 years and I never had any bad situation with them , Dr calcatti, Nps and staff no one until now, if You have an appointment and they cancel you appointment and don't notify you. I recently visited WELLNORTH Medical, and I was very disappointed with the experience. The service was extremely poor, and the clinic did not seem properly equipped. The doctor used very old equipment to check my blood pressure, which made me question the accuracy and reliability of the exam. The place also didn’t feel clean or comfortable at all. QR code is the new check in process. It stated there was no appointment for me. I spoke to the receptionist who said I should have checked in with her. Please get your systems more organized. 8am appointment and got seen at 9am. I was the only patient in the office
They never answer the phone. I have to walk in for a refill on my prescriptions. They tell me to use the online portal but still never refill my prescriptions. This place is stuck in the past and the receptionists are extremely rude. If you hate your job, find a new one!
