My husbands place of employment got bought out & this is the insurance company they have set up, the company claims they have no record of us on file but they’ve been taking $300 out every paycheck? Not really insurance guys, it sounds great as a Christian but it is just a money grab. My daughter tore here ACL last year and I'm $20k out of pocket and Net Well is still giving me the runaround.
Avoid using this insurance company if you care about your health. They refused to provide me, the patient with a copy of the policy that I pay for. If this company did not exist, the world would be far better off. Immoral, unintelligent, illegal, callous and dubious at best.
