The health insurance provided by my employer is the worst I've ever had. I strongly advise staying away from this company.
Wellnet s a shockingly incompetent organization handling issues of extreme importance to individuals and their families. Its personnel - even the higher-ups - cannot manage the most basic aspects of handling insurance claims, deductibles, co-pays, etc.
Horrible experience with this insurance company. My employer changed to this company am sure as a way to cost costs. However, as far as the insured, I am 7 months in and they still have not paid or processed my medical providers from fist week of January. I am constantly trying to get these bills paid properly. They simply couldn't care less and unfortunetly, my employer is not helping me. They claim they entered me in their system as wrong plan yet after all of my calls, emails and complaints, they have not paid proper... read more
Don’t pay for this companies mistakes. My insurance comes from my employer. We have been in contact with this insurance company for months receiving nothing but misinformation and lies. Nobody follows up and nobody takes responsibilities for mistakes. I’d think twice before choosing to have this be your form of insurance. Even down to getting our insurance cards have been nothing but an issue. It took them 3 months to get us our insurances cards and 4 months until we got our dental cards!
