Make sure you see Dr. Jade Binghurst for a 10 min er visit to be told there was nothing he could do. Then recieve a bill for $968.00 that was sent straight to collections that with each passing day 10% intrest is added. So 10 min = $1000.00 with this dr. All while he is in the other room helping someone else. So, double billing while charging you $1000. For 10 min of his time.

This clinic will gladly do a consultation for $204 without confirming your insurance covers this clinic. I do have great insurance coverage but this specific clinic is out of network. They had my insurance information before my scheduled consultation yet still proceeded with the consultation and told me after that it was not covered. This is a very poor design of transparency and lacks ethics!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE 6 months after lab was done, labcorp sending me letters saying "INCOMPLETE OR MISSING INSURANCE INFO. CAN NOT SUBMIT CLAIM" So i call Wellnest, and email Wellnest as well about this. Attached in email to Wellnest is my up to date and active insurance card to for proper billing. (which was given to them already 6 months ago) I sent an Email. I called and left voicemail. NO calls back, and NO emails back from Wellnest. Truly everyone that works here is kind and caring, but Sarah has been there for me through my whole process. She really listened to everything that was going on and I would definitely say that she played a big role in my success here.
