I had a really great experience working with Dr. Bjorkman. She’s incredibly empathetic, caring, and thorough, and always took the time to answer any questions I had so I never left feeling confused. She also shared helpful resources and made me feel like I could reach out in the future if anything else came up, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone—she’s a great practitioner to have on your healthcare team. I really hate giving poor reviews but these guys truly deserve it. I gave Wellnest Fertility a full year of my life that I will never get back. Let me start by stating if you are “unexplained infertility” don’t waist your time coming here. They are absolutely useless in helping you find a root problem. If you are in a different category and know you want to try IUI or IVF right away, then this might be a good place for you. Even then I’d really look elsewhere to go. I called to make an appointment for my husband and I to come in and had a strange interaction while trying to make the appointment. The woman I talked to spent 15 minutes explaining so many random things, basically everything except what I needed to know. I asked why we needed to do an online consultation instead of coming in one day and doing a few things in the same day and her response was literally “Do you have insurance??” Made me feel like their focus was more on how much insurance money they could get out of me instea... read more
We were really excited about this clinic as it was only a few minutes from our house. We loved the doctor even though we never met in person because they only have her there one week a month I believe. We also had a great experience with Samantha in the billing department who helped us after the other staff really dropped the ball. The other staff were just okay.
