I had a great experience with Dr. Babino. She is extremely knowledgeable and pays close attention to every detail. What stood out the most is how much time she takes with her patients—she truly listens and ensures all concerns are addressed thoroughly. I felt well cared for and never rushed. Very impressed with her professionalism and dedication.
I can offer you a lengthy and detailed description of my experience. However, I read through the poor reviews and can say that I felt the exact same way.I don’t mind paying for quality when it comes to my health. She is pricey and for the return on investment- not worth it at all. Go somewhere else. To charge someone an exorbitant amount of money, chaos with the numerous labs she orders - then does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with said labs, incompetent front staff that are extremely poor listeners. Very disappointing experience. I could never get anyone to answer the phone—no matter how many times I called. I also never received a confirmation email for my appointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Worst communication I’ve experienced with a medical practice.
I can't recommend Dr. Babino enough. Her practice, run by Carolle, is the best. Literally, the best I've ever experienced. She is patient, listens to you, and she looks at the entire picture...instead of simply treating your symptoms. The whole office is truly invested in your health and happiness. And Justine is a lovely addition to the team. I found them in 2020 and I have never felt better.
