My husband was sent there by his employer to get a TB shot. He asked if he could use his health insurance to pay for the visit. He was told they DO NOT accept any medical insurance. Unbelievable. The charged him $49 dollars for a TB shot. He could of gone with his doctor but his job wanted him to go there specifically. Hmmmm?

Staff was unprofessional and rude. They can’t answer questions so they just repeat the same thing. Thought it was simple but I had to speak to 3 people to finally get an answer. They don’t look up your information before telling you what to do so it’s a general response rather than a response to your specific situation. Also I cancelled my appointment in person yet i get a notification saying I didn’t. Just lazy in general because they hate to look up your information before telling you if it’s processed or still in process.
Great staff, was able to get the services done I needed for school done the same day but Connie was super helpful and really nice! She had great customer service 😊
