If you need a health exam for immigration purposes, go elsewhere. My wife made an appointment which the doctor cancelled morning of because he suddenly decided (that same morning, mind you) not to see any patients who had not done lab work with WellnessMart previously. This completely threw our timeline out of whack, and we got no good reason for it.
