Terrible place, girl at the front ignored me until I talked to her asking questions, not even a friendly attitude, turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment despite “walk ins welcome”. I drove 1 hour to get here. Told me I couldn’t come until 6 days later. And no, I didn’t arrive at the last minute before closing, I got there 3:15pm, well before closing. Better choose Concentra next time.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled a tb test a day in advance and received multiple emails and text reminders. After waiting in line for my appointment I was informed they were out of tests and that they don’t know when they’ll have more so I couldn’t even reschedule. They could’ve notified me in advance or canceled my appointment instead of wasting my time. Their dishonesty has ruined my day :(
