Poor customer service. One minute I’m in the system, another minute I’m out, and two employees who were disorganized in their work space. No awareness of what paper work I have filled out or did not fill out and not reading the paper work I already provided to them. This is my fourth time getting a live scan for the different jobs I’ve held and I’ve never been to this company and will definitely be suggesting companies forward to not use this company for live scans again.
Nicole and Tiffany were so sweet and squeezed me in for a walk in. I had some trouble with my information but they were so patient and kind throughout the whole process!
I waited 2 hrs for like nothing. Terrible service.

REALLY BAD BAD SERVICE BAD LNV NURSE FABI G I have to wait 2 hours for my son to have his appointment because the LVN (vocational nurse) said not was scheduled, I show her the appointment but they just make wait, I was with my daughter to waiting for her appointment. So after 2 hours the LVN check my son, take 45 min.
