Everything was in order; I was greeted by Jessika; the other ladies Alexis, Juliana,, and Magaali, said good morning. Very pleasant team at the front desk. Jessika took the lead on taking care of me by asking if I had an appointment. The process was quick and fast. even when I had to go home to get my passport and that was done with excellent customer service skills that Jessika exhibited. fast service and super professional! Nurse Alex helped me do my respiratory fit test. It was my first time doing it and she walked me through it perfectly! She also made me feel super comfortable and had a great experience with her overall!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the Long Beach center. After my tests, there was zero communication, feedback, or follow-up provided. The overall environment felt so uncomfortable that I felt forced to leave early. It is deeply concerning that a healthcare provider lacks both basic compassion and fundamental knowledge about the services they offer.
Experience: Had a very easy experience as a walk-in on a Monday around 4pm. Had to wait a little, but not long. I got my TB test and livescan all in one go. Super easy, affordable, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. But here’s the kicker: found out months later that the government fees were supposed to be automatically waived on account of doing the livescan for a nonprofit, having a DOJ acct number. Wellness mart should have automatically waived the fee. I can only assume they’ve stolen this fee from hundreds or ... read more
Fabulous customer service I received Monday and Thursday. The girls at the front were amazing . They made me feel welcomed ! I am going to tell everyone at my two jobs to go here instead . Prices are very reasonable also. Thank you my coffee buddy ladies !!! You are the best !
