Friendly staff, Giving 3 because I paid around 800 for the hair removal was told it would be pain free and permanent. It was not pain free 1/2 the time and my hair grew back after having 9 treatments. Hair stayed gone during treatments but after stopping the treatments all my hair grew back. So what a loss of $
