Customer service really need to know how to treat customers. A spanish speaking individual got upset and hung up on me because while inquiring if I can make an appointment for my 7-month pregnant wife I told them “shouldn’t it be obvious?” after they asked if my wife was pregnant. Mind you, before that I told them I was looking for PRENATAL services which are not even the cheapest ones on the list.
