So unprofessional, i drove all the way there i had my appointment at 6:30 she told me she would be there in 10 mins i waited for an hour she stopped replying and answering the phone. Why would she play with my time like that like i didnt had other stuff to do yet i went because i really need it and i didnt wanted to wait till monday for the other lady i always go to.

Customer service really need to know how to treat customers. A spanish speaking individual got upset and hung up on me because while inquiring if I can make an appointment for my 7-month pregnant wife I told them “shouldn’t it be obvious?” after they asked if my wife was pregnant. Mind you, before that I told them I was looking for PRENATAL services which are not even the cheapest ones on the list. I was called a liar, a cry baby, soberb and told that their customers won’t care about my review. (Please refer to screenshots) ... read more
