I’ve been a member on and off for a couple years now. A few things have happened that were disappointing. First, I had the time wrong in my head for one of my massages and thought it was an hour later than it actually was, must of seen the end time on the email instead of the start time. They called and asked if I was coming and they informed me It started an hour earlier than I thought. This was my fault 100% but was still disappointed to be charged for the full massage. On my previous 2 visits I had great massages! This one was less than expected for many reasons. The 2 biggest reasons were the VERY cold lotion and hands, and having only 40 minutes total massage time. I understand they leave room for dressing and undressing, for some reason I decided to check the clock and it was 40 minutes. For the prices they charge, $120 for 40 minutes is just a bit much. And then there was the sign that told people how much to tip. Just didn't sit well today.
