Fascials are great! I recently tried lymph massage. The day of the massage I had a sore shoulder and thought I probably should have gotten a deeper muscle massage. I stayed with the lymph massage and was surprised that my shoulder pain was gone the next day. It was a more gentle massage but it definitely helped get things moving like they should.
Ella has been integral to the healing of my back injury this winter. My first visit relieved me of the constant spasms from my injury. Subsequent visits helped to finalize the healing back to normal routines and no pain. The word that came to my mind during my last visit was divine. I highly recommend her for her therapeutic and Swedish massages.
I have been getting massages from Ella for years and I have never been disappointed. I can always count on leaving there relaxed and feeling amazing. I know my massage day is going to be a great day.
