I am a pediatric nurse practitioner student and had the absolute pleasure of doing a clinical rotation with Carissa. She is an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, and patient mentor and this reflects on her patients as well. I would give her 100 stars if I could!
Carissa embodies everything that we could hope for in a healthcare provider. She is kind, genuine, respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable. I know she cares deeply for her clients. When we have a health concern, Carissa provides us with her recommendation but also evidence to back it up and alternatives all while holding a respectful space for us to make a decision that works for our family. She is also quick to get back to me when I text or call on off hours with urgent concerns. I can’t recommend her enough!
