I've had several wellness session with Audrey and each time she's explained the science behind her methodology thoroughly. These explanations give additional insight into the things I'm feeling/thinking. Aside from her restorative wellness work, her coaching has been very helpful. She strikes this great balance of listening and guiding, where in my past experience a lot of coaches either listen to your ramble or are over directive. Audrey has worked with my twice and each experience was above and beyond. It was clear she had prepared for our sessions which made me feel comfortable and relaxed, as does her curated space. She took the time to talk about my goals for bodywork and was attuned to how my body responded throughout the work. She is knowledgable and intuitive. Time with Audrey is time well spent!

There is an attention to detail with Audrey that I have not found elsewhere. The whole experience is all very personalized and high quality from the oils used, the warm atmosphere and the massage itself. She cares deeply about her work and she is very sensitive to whatever my body needs at the moment. I feel very nourished and blessed after each session.

Went in to see Audrey for a prenatal massage, and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience. She helped relieve some lower back pain I was experiencing and more specifically, an area in my shoulder that had been bothering me for several weeks. Audrey did a wonderful job at creating a relaxing environment and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a prenatal massage :)
