I have lost over 50 pounds from when I started going. The office staff is amazing and very helpful.
I have been going Here for a while, and I absolutely love the staff and the provider they are always giving the best advice And the communication is always Top-tier. They are very flexible With you in any thing that you might need as far as rescheduling appointments, maybe changing medication that’s not working for you, etc. If you were thinking about your Wellness and weight loss journey, I highly recommend this doctors office.
I come here regularly and have never had any issues in the past. However, during my recent visit, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff. Since Dr. Howell was out of the office, his staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was also frustrated that Dr. Howell left the country without informing his regular patients, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring issue.
