Vilma truly knows what she’s doing. She has a holistic approach and created an experience that was both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective addressing muscle pain, lymph flow, and more. I felt at ease the entire time and fully trusted her expertise. You can tell she really understands what each person needs. Highly recommend!!!

Vilma was absolutely amazing. She took the time to ask questions and check in constantly during the massage. She keyed in on spots that were troublesome without even being told. I felt so much better after her massage. It was so good for my body and spirit!
Vilma has been instrumental in helping with my pain recovery following major surgery. She utilizes several modalities- cupping, myofascial, mobility work and more to help meet me where I am. She is extremely knowledgeable and is able to offer suggestions to keep me feeling better even after my sessions. Her studio is lovely and she always has such a positive attitude. I love every session and don’t need or want to go anywhere else for massage support. She’s a gem!
