Torres stepped forward to resolve our operational issues in a first-rate manner. Henry the service technician was responsive to our issues and went above standard service to provide our operators with insight on how to better maintain and evaluate the performance of our reverse osmosis, and water softener systems.

The technician is not properly trained or not honest. We complained for multiple times about the water quality after they installed a new system one year ago. They Could not fix it and reported false water quality results. After we challenged their practice, the “maintenance” was stopped without notice after years’ service. We had a plumber came in today for one project and figured out the softened water was mixed with non softened water before flow to the house and he resolved the long lasting problem easily.
