I would strongly recommend this gym to all my family and friends. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around with. Every session offers something new. I enjoy being able to attend the class of my choice whether it be conditioning, strength or yoga. The space is beautiful, neat and very clean. I very much appreciate working out barefoot or with socks. ☺️
Wellness Warehouse does what few others can. They offer personal training and group classes but also house several other opportunities for developing you wellness pillars. Grow with physical therapy, massages, facials, saunas, etc. The gym offers fantastic coaches with lots of experience. It’s a great gym for all experience levels as the coaches know how to modify the workout to your fitness level, whether you do IronMans or are just starting out.
Great facility, excellent and experienced trainers.
